ok so I decided, whatever number of laps I say I am going to do...I will do it. That doesn't mean I'll be fast, but I get it done. So next time I will go for 600 yds, and I will try to do as much of that as I can freestyle, (I roll to the back and kick or breaststroke when I can't breath anymore, then start again freestyle. I have never had swim training, and really don't even know if I'm doing it right!) So here we go!
