      That is REALLY GOOD!!!!! EXCELLENT TIME!!! Hey, I did side stroke, back stroke, breast stroke, freestyle and even a little doggy paddle to get through my first Tri! It was so choppy it was hard to not swallow a ton of water Freestyle, so I stuck to the strokes that I wasn't gulping water with! LOL!

    I did this twice with a small rest in between. Lost count the first time around so I went another 300 just to prove to myself I did it. :) My time is an estimate, I have yet to get a watch.
