    My legs were already feeling my earlier workout so by the time I got the last set of exercises my legs were a little wobbly.

    I'm doing this program with a friend. It is only 28 days long. The diet part cuts out dairy, added sugar, and alcohol. As long as I can have caffeine I might be ok.
