    I feel like a wimp complaining about the weather but it was gross - mid 30s and rain. Fortunately this one was pretty short -3 miles and 4 strides with 1 minute walking recoveries.

    I am trying to be consistent with this because I really don't like doing it but definitely need to. Push ups, pull ups (assisted), chin ups(assisted), and dips really suck after swimming
