  3. I've officially lost my mind. I just signed up for an ultra in December. Why do I do these things? Oh and how many times have I run on trails? Twice.

      What event are you building for, Heather? Way to finish off the training week and roll into Monday! And MYRTL!!! I'm so glad you said that. I keep forgetting so I wrote it on a sticky note and put it on the bottom of my monitor so I would remember :-)

    For various reasons I had to do this on the treadmill. Though it was boring, it wasn't that bad of a run and I was able to keep my goal marathon pace for the last 6 miles.
