    5 - miles easy, 4 miles MP pace. It was so nice and cool out that I had to force myself to run slowly for the first 5 and the last 4 felt super easy. Hope the last 4 next week feel as easy.

      Taper time! This is where you magically come up with 17 potential injuries and "niggles" and everything hurts fur no good reason. That's what tapering is all about. Enjoy!
