    I overslept so I had to do this in the afternoon. 3 miles plus a few hill sprints with walking recoveries.

    Too much to do and not enough hours in the day. I was so tired that I was singing as I pedaled to keep myself awake. Fortunately the cats don't seem to care that I am tone deaf.
