If I'm doing this elliptical business, its time to compete against the clock. Warmed up for five mins and increased resistance every two mins. Felt AMAZING! Machine said I burned 405 cals, My Fitness Pal said 522..I'll take the smaller. Goal: hit 900 cals in an hour....did it once, I'll do it again
