Did a combo workout for 60 minutes on my treadmill. Ran hard for 25 minutes at 0 incline. Then bumped it up to 1 for 10 minutes. Bumped it up to 10 incline and decreased the speed to 4.0 for the next 20 minutes. Increased the incline to 15 and played with the speed between 3.5 and 4.0 (jog/walk) for the rest of the time. By the time I was done I was dripping sweat and my calves had really gotten a workout.
