  2. RUN
    great 6.45 mi 01:00 09:18 pace

I don't think this was the exact route or time, but logging it anyway. Ran in large greyhound group which was good for motivation; good leadership from Paul, too. A lot of traffic lights on wa... read more

  3. RUN
    great RDC>Victoria Park 5.93 mi

I'm back! Ran with greyhounds for the second time ever, and loved every minute. Less stopping-and-starting than in Hares, but not so fast that you can't run and natter away to the crew. M... read more

Thanks! Just done some research (never a good idea) and reckon I've got Plantar Fasciitis. That means no running, lots of stretching and rolling, ice-packs, and massages or acupuncture. I have Barbara's number now so will call her after the bank hol.

It was about time I ran a decent distance! Need to attempt a 10-mile run next weekend. How was the Nike Leap Year run? I had an unexpected dinner date so couldn't make it.
