Plan called for an easy two miles but ended up going too fast! Does anyone else have this problem?! Its not that I'm solo in shape that I don't know I'm going faster than 'easy pace' but for some reason this is just the speed I go to when I run outside. Put me on a treadmill though and my body refuses to go faster than 6.0 haha

    It happens. I would use a measure of how difficult it felt. If it didn't feel hard, that's good! lol Weird about the treadmill speed though.
