At long last, back recording my workouts on DM! I cannot believe its been sooo long but I'm back in training mode (been mostly yoga in this off time) and just starting to put in some easy miles and get the ol' legs used to more consistent mileage. hoping to get a half-marathon or two done in 2014 and maybe even..gulp...another marathon
