That 20 miler is more than I did for any of my first 4 marathons. This upcoming weekend would be the last time I'd try to go over 18. Either way you are far more prepared than I was and I'm sure you'll do great.

Not sure I'd do another 20 between now and race day if you only have 4 weeks. That would mean either going back-to-back or getting a little too close to race day for comfort. It takes about 2 weeks to recover fully from a long run like that and you want to get to the start line fresh and rested. My last 4 weeks are typically 20, 12, 8, and then race day. Hal Higdon has several plans depending on someone's experience you may want to check out. http://www.halhigdon.com/marathon/Mar00index.htm

Great run and good luck with your 20 miler. My stomach seems to be more sensitive to the chocolate GU than the vanilla bean. So I've been using the vanilla more lately. I also find my stomach does better when I chase them with water vs gatorade.
