      It happens. I would use a measure of how difficult it felt. If it didn't feel hard, that's good! lol Weird about the treadmill speed though.

      Hi Hayley, Fleet Feet Pipers Alley on North Avenue has a number of groups that run out of there. They have their own runs and womens runs and CES (chicago endurance sports) uses the FF locations as meeting points for all of their training groups. I'd check out Fleet Feet and CES.
