      Life Time is my gym and lots of my friends have told me to come on this ride. I would love to one day, but feel like I have to practice with my clips first! And I'm a little preoccupied with marathon training right now. You can be at the front of the group by the end of the season...no problem!

      Take your bike to the park and practice getting in and out of your clips on the grass or near the grass. You'll get used to it soon enough. The group is so much fun. I'm trying to convince Michael to buy a bike and join me. You should too just to mix up your workouts sometime.

      They don't but the Murray Rec Center had a spinning bike with a computer on it and I averaged 12 miles, so I'm basing it on that.
