great ajmer hill workout (day2) 8.01 km 00:37 07:24 pace

much more rigor in the training today.. faster warm up (same distance). finale with 7 sprints upwards on an inclination. had to cut the workout short due to impending b'day dinner.. !!

note: need to work on foot landing during sprint.
