Went out last night so the morning wasnt the most pleasant with only 2 hours of sleep. But it wasnt a terrible run. Quads are a bit tired. But still no pain

    Awesome, keep it up. Make sure you are putting maximum recovery time in between runs (i.e. run at the same time each day) so you get maximum opportunity for growth hormone to work its magic in your knee joint.
