    I felt so good! It took and hour to help out with Running Excels' run/walk program.

    Shin splint before mile one with right leg. Changed up my foot strike from heel to toe and the pain was manageable. It was a great day for a run!

      Hey do you want to do a yoga class at Beverly Yoga one day before Sept. 4th. I have to use up 16 sessions or I loose them, I was told to bring friends and have my card punched.

    Ran 4 days after the Rock n Roll Half. While at mile 3, pain came back to right leg. I suspect IT band injury.
