    Much better run than last evening. A beautiful morning. It may be months before I get sub 9 min average runs, but I have no complaints. Just happy to be running

    Did not push myself. First mile was pretty slow. Just allowed my body to dictate whatever pace it pleased. The weather felt little warmer, but was fine. Overall the run helped kill some stress.
