Did an intermediate/advanced class from yogadownload.com and was totally drenched by the end. Felt terrific.

Wow, that's a lot of yoga. I've never tried it but I've heard it's a really good workout. Good job, Hana.

It is! 90 mins is perfect for this particular class because there is some talking at the beginning and a generous relaxation at the end. When I do it at home, I usually do an hour, but it's pretty intense all the way through.
