great 8x400m 3.55 mi

This was by far the best speed workout I've done in a long time. I set out to hit between 1:48 and 1:50 for each quarter but I ended up going much faster than that and felt great. This was the first run in my new racing flats, Saucony Fastwitch 6, and I can tell they're going to be great.
