Snow day again! It was a speedwork day today. 14x30seconds hard with 1min rest in between. I did the hard intervals at a 6min/mile pace. Started and finished the workout with 1 mile.

Today was a light threshold day. 4x1mile at threshold pace. It was kind of difficult running on the pathfinder, as it was covered in ice and snow. But it was fun. Treatments and vest too.
