    My garmin died 1/2 way through my run, which was probably a blessing because I was super sluggish! Literally slogged through this one with tired legs, glad it's done!!

    Warm up mile at 9:00 min/mi pace, then 5 miles at 8:06 pace, 2 mile cool down. Legs felt really good for the pace but I was running on the treadmill which always makes it feel easier.
