  3. RUN
Snow and ice 4.01 mi 00:39 09:43 pace

Slippery, cold, windy miles. Had a little knee pain, but I think it was just because of the snow and ice on the ground.

  4. Wahoo! I have miles logged under my name. Been a long time... :-) Been even longer since they were feeling-good-smiley-faced miles.

  5. FIT
"Gentle Yoga for Tight Legs a... 00:20

My right hip flexor is ludicrously tight, so this felt nice. The guy leading the class was wearing hot pink booty shorts. He was a riot!

20 mph winds...so, bonus resistance training. Longest run in a long time. Felt good. Happy. And more importantly, in shape to run my leg at Frostbite next weekend. HOT POPSICLES!

Hey, I'm a seasoned runner. :-P You're just starting out, and you did great last weekend, but it's always a good idea to take at least a week after your big race. I'm mostly just giving you a hard time as I totally get it, but if you keep running smart so you don't get hurt, you will stay healthy and be able to keep doing what you love! :-)
