      Don't usually run on treadmills because I tend to be faster than machine . Was feeling like I could run longer when picking up my knees

      I definitely agree... Nature is best, in all senses! I don't like gyms actually... maybe a home treadmill some day, who knows (my house is too tiny at the moment)

      I prefer nature. I usually only run on treadmills to work on sprint drills

    ran barefoot whole way. training for a 5k in two weeks. got two blisters but endorphins kicked in and didn't feel a thing. hoping to drop it back down to about a 10min pace/mile
