I did the speed workout that I was suppose to do yesterday, according to my SmartCoach plan:
1 mi. easy run to track
1 mi. @ 6:45
400m easy
1 mi. @ 6:45
400m easy
1 mi. easy run home

total running time: 39 minutes (excluding stairs, 100 walking lunges & a little BodyRock)

Not too bad for feeling like absolute BLAH lately. I didn't know I had 6:45 miles in me today.
