    We completed the mission of the Couch to 5K program, we successfully ran the course for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot and are ready for the real thing.

    Took the dogs out a bit later than I had planned - pretty hot but done. Stayed off the pavement and took the trails, the map doesn't show them all so I estimated as I could.
