    ...had a hunch that my Garmin was a little 'off' this morning as it appeared to be overly sensitive to the cloud cover - so I came home to double check my hunch on that and I was right.

    Every time I run, I always think of what the theme of the run may be (distance, warm up run, recovery run, etc...) This run would be titled "find the shade" run. Happy 4th!

    tonight I allowed myself a proper workout on the elliptical machine, it's the first time I have really used this machine since taking up running - not bad.
