    worked mainly on stroke and breathing. tough pull on one end of the pool for some reason, made it difficult to make it the last 10ft on one side.

      The good thing about this tri is that we enter the water one at a time. Last year I was able to use the bathroom, spectate the swim, and observe other racers go through transition before I ever had to get in line for my swim.

      i'm trying to get in the pool as often as I can prior to next wknd to calm my anxiety. I'm fine at the ends of the lanes but i start to panic midlane. I'm not sure if watching other people will calm me or make me more anxious. I made her push my time back bc my shoulder has been acting up :(

      If you can try to share a lane with a fellow swimmer or two just to get used to that. Maybe it would help?

      I have during an indoor tri and w my swim buddy. It's more the panic of being nowhere near were I can be by the wall incase I have issues. I've been working on my breathing & getting my anxiety down.

      So Lewisburg or Keystone? I did Lewisburg last year and will do it again in Aug. But I'm also doing an olympic distance at Keystone and I'm so nervous about the OWS! Just have fun, that's what I'm going for!
