The regular Codsall route with me leading. After a week off (holiday with too much food and not enough exercise) my legs felt heavy and hamstrings were tight. I hope I feel better tomorrow for the Phoenix Flyer (5k cross country).


It was good to see you back at it Gwyn and although you didn't feel too good, you did well on this tough route. I'm sure you will be good to go tomorrow.
