      Well done both. I feel your pain Gwyn. Fourth week back for me and still no easier. Which marathon is Anne training for.

      Birmingham, in theory. She entered but then injured her knee in a fall a few weeks ago so wasn't able to train for a while. She's not at all convinced she will be able to run it on such a reduced training schedule but if not she might find another marathon a few weeks later.
