      I'm shooting for the Kal-Haven trail ultra in April--it's 33.5 miles. But man, this winter training is doing me in. I think as much as I actually love colder weather for running, I'll stick with fall stuff. All this snow and ice has been brutal. Hopefully when it's gone, I'll just fly but I don't know. Rough.

      Definitely hard to run in the snow/ice - feels like running in sand - may ankles and quads always hurt afterward - nice long run!
