Crappy run, but that happens sometimes! At least I made it this far! I was planning on doing my long run today but it just didn't work out. Probably a bit tired from yesterday's tempo run. 8:37, 8:42, 8:34, 8:48, 9:03, 9:10, 9:09, 9:13.
