  1. Nice 12 miler around the Back Bay w/ Ruth & the girls. Until I fell in the dirt, knees 1st w/ only 1/2 mile left. Kinda humbling!

      Congrats to Sonoma for her 1st tourney! Susan my knees are so bad. My left knee is so swollen & bruised. It looks like I have a golf ball under the patella. I'm going to call the Dr. tomorrow. I thought it would have gone away by now
