Very slow, very disappointing, but I am feeling less of the sharp pain so I think that is good. Low back still tight and painful, but what can I do but be active and stretch??? Also did my ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 2 and Abs workouts today and am headed to Yoga tonight. Hopefully the yoga will help.
