    Halfway through the second set of 6x400s the hamstring seized up. I am weary of this. Not loving the running these days.

    Just got back from Paris this week so my restart to cross training left me so sore I could barely run. But we did our 20x200s with a 1-mile warmup and 1/2 mile cooldown. Just hope I can walk tomorrow!

    Not a PR but a solid run for my recovery. Babied the hamstring and glute on the hills to avoid re-injury.

    Frustrating. Whole left leg and achilles were not happy. Too many stops for lunctime traffic just made me cranky, so I turned early and came back home.
