    Inspiring to jump out the second floor window that sits in front of it. I just get so bored, and, at times, it feels much harder to run at my normal pace.

    Dan - Oh, yeah, I was fine 10 days or so post-marathon. Just trying to maintain a base. Haven't been on a non-treadmill run since the marathon, though.

    Tom - We actually just talked to the guy from saveyourself.ca on our last show about treating ITBS. Check it out. Interesting point of view. I'm not injured, though, just maintaining base through the winter. I don't plan on doing a lot of outside winter runs this year. Next half marathon is in May, so I have plenty of time to train warmly.
