good 3 in da hood 3.07 mi 00:28 09:14 pace

Man what a great night to run. Managed to keep it progressive without much variance between splits and keeping my AHR slightly below 80% of my max for all 3 miles. 9:25, 9:17 and 9:07.

Good idea man! Jealous of your adventure taking in the trials and then using the energy you soaked up from their amazing achievements to kill it on Sun! Good luck!

    good Hoody 3 3.07 mi 00:30 09:43 pace

A very cool 37 had to bust out the hat, gloves and tights. Kept it nice and easy just trying to find my groove again. 9:41, 9:49, 9:42 splits. Not blazing, but consistent

  9. RUN
    good Hoody 5K 3.08 mi 00:30 09:48 pace

Had to get a zapper in. The 15K(ish) that I ran on Turkey Day made my foot a little angry. Took it easy and tried to keep an even pace without being too mindful of it. Foot feels fine tonight!
