    Did a 1 mile run on the treadmill, immediately followed by an intense half hour training session of bosu ball, push-ups, kickboxing, squats, and more. It hurts to bend over today. Love it!

      How many months of running did it take to get up to the pace you run at now? When I try your pace on the treadmill, I feel like I'm sprinting! I am just hoping to keep my daughters in sight this Saturday at the run.

    20 minutes on the Elliptical, and then a 12 minute run on the treadmill. Big spaghetti dinner beforehand did not help!

    So, i gave running a try outside yesterday. Not too bad, just not crazy about the wind. Had one daunting hill that I walked up.

      Sounds like you are off to a great start...and running into the wind stinks no matter how long you've been running! Glad to hear you are doing the St. Malachi run!
