    Chest workout: flat bench-215lbs 5 sets of 6. Decline bench-220lbs 5 sets of 7. Incline bench-180lbs 5 sets of 6. Butterflies-70lbs 7 sets of 7.
    Ended with a nice 5.3mi run!! Been a while...
