  1. RUN
    great 9.66 km 01:01 10:10 pace

Another easy morning run. It was already pretty warm out, but still pleasant. Feels like it's gonna be a scorcher today!

  2. RUN
    great 9.66 km 01:02 10:22 pace

Lovely recovery run in the morning, before the evil daystar got really warm. The right knee was a little stiff at the start, after Sunday's fall, but it soon loosened up.

  3. RUN
    good 32.2 km 03:26 10:18 pace

This was a pretty good run... until I fell over on the asphalt. First time in 3 years of running. It kind of feels like an achievement! :) Got some pretty gnarly scrapes on my elbows and right knee... read more

  4. RUN
    good 11.27 km 01:10 09:58 pace

A very, very soggy afternoon run, or rather swim. I was kind of hoping for a thunderstorm so the weather would break.

  5. RUN
    great 19.32 km 01:58 09:48 pace

Awesome morning run before breakfast. I was craving oats and coffee for the last half hour though. :)

  6. RUN
    great 11.27 km 01:08 09:44 pace

A rare Monday run! It was very muggy out, but this still felt pretty good. A solid, steady-paced run.

  7. RUN
    great 6.45 km 00:39 09:45 pace

A little leg-stretcher after the hayfever/asthma induced break. It felt great!

  8. RUN
    good 12.88 km 01:19 09:53 pace

A late start to this recovery week -- hay fever took me down! This was okay, considering my lungs weren't 100%. It felt good to get out, for sure.

  9. RUN
    great 25.77 km 02:34 09:37 pace

What a great way to end the running week. A super challenging, but very satisfying long run. The middle 16km were at marathon pace, with lots of hills. My legs are battered, but I feel awesome!

  10. RUN
    great 8.05 km 00:51 10:12 pace

Slow and easy weekend recovery run. Relaxing.

  11. RUN
    great 14.5 km 01:24 09:22 pace

Most excellent run in the rain! Last 8km was at half-marathon pace and it felt really good! Not too easy, but not too hard. Comfortably uncomfortable, I guess! :D

  12. RUN
    great 8.05 km 00:51 10:13 pace

Super easy recovery run on another wonderfully overcast and breezy day. I kept the effort level super low and yet I was still faster than I would be on a steady run in the sun! The evil daystar nee... read more

  13. RUN
    great 16.1 km 01:39 09:51 pace

Absolutely wonderful run! The weather was great (overcast and not too humid) and my stride felt powerful and metronomic all the way through. Feeling awesome! :D

  14. RUN
    good 25.77 km 02:47 10:25 pace

Hoo boy, this was tough! The second half was better than the first, though I faded in the last couple of kms. Energy gels are going to have to start making an appearance for runs of this length.

  15. RUN
    great 8.06 km 00:53 10:31 pace

A slow and gentle recovery run in beautiful sunshine (and a lovely cool breeze). Bliss!

  16. RUN
    alright 16.1 km 01:44 10:25 pace

It was, mercifully, cooler and less humid than yesterday, bu this was still hard work. I wish I would get used to this weather quicker! Phew!

  17. RUN
    alright 12.88 km 01:22 10:14 pace

Man, was it ever humid today! Tough run, but the post-run, ice-cold watermelon/coconut water tasted sweeter than ever!

  18. RUN
    alright 21.11 km 02:16 10:21 pace

The evil daystar can go away now. Come back, clouds! Come back, rain! All is forgiven! This was a real grind in the heat, but it's done and I've certainly earned my chocolate milk! :)

  19. RUN
    great 17.72 km 01:51 10:02 pace

Really lovely run. Not even the hailstorm 5km from home could ruin it. It made the air fresher, in fact! Felt good and strong all the way through.

  20. RUN
    blah 17.71 km 01:54 10:19 pace

Ugh. Cut this one short due to a knee twinge, blisters upon my blisters and a general feeling of blah. Still got some mileage in, and still managed to negative split the run so not all bad! Now for... read more
