    What a great way to end the running week. A super challenging, but very satisfying long run. The middle 16km were at marathon pace, with lots of hills. My legs are battered, but I feel awesome!

    Most excellent run in the rain! Last 8km was at half-marathon pace and it felt really good! Not too easy, but not too hard. Comfortably uncomfortable, I guess! :D
