  1. RUN
    great 5 km 00:30 09:44 pace

Hello? Sooooo... I'm back! It's been a while! I decided, a few weeks ago, that I'm not going to run the Berlin Marathon. My training wasn't going well, and running was really st... read more

  2. RUN
    good 12.88 km 01:20 10:01 pace

First run in 8 days. This marathon is going to be hilarious. :p A good (if phlegmy) run.

  3. RUN
great Isle of Man Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:01 09:15 pace

The Isle of Man Half Marathon! My training has been sketchy, so I wasn't confident about this at all. I decided to take it easy for the first half and reassess later. I felt great, the view wa... read more

  4. RUN
    great 5 mi 00:50 09:59 pace

Just a wee little zero zapper. Good fun, even though it didn't rain like it was supposed to. :)

  5. RUN
    good 32.2 km 03:28 10:23 pace

The first few kms really sucked, but this got much better as I hit the big hills in the middle (!!) Got a second wind at the end, and the last 5km felt fantastic. Can't complain!

  6. RUN
    blah 8 mi 01:20 10:03 pace

Ugh. The quarterly Sucky Run of Suckitude. Just couldn't get into this at all, and my lungs didn't feel quite right. Well, that should be that for a couple of months now. :)

  7. RUN
    good 9.67 km 00:58 09:40 pace

Did this one on the dreadmill because I'm SO over this heat and humidity. One or the other, please!

  8. RUN
    great 22.54 km 02:20 10:00 pace

The longest fasted run I've ever done! Sleep seemed more important than food this morning. :) The first few kms dragged, and I was running out of steam for the last couple, but the middle part... read more

  9. RUN
    great 9.66 km 01:01 10:10 pace

Another easy morning run. It was already pretty warm out, but still pleasant. Feels like it's gonna be a scorcher today!

  10. RUN
    great 9.66 km 01:02 10:22 pace

Lovely recovery run in the morning, before the evil daystar got really warm. The right knee was a little stiff at the start, after Sunday's fall, but it soon loosened up.

  11. RUN
    good 32.2 km 03:26 10:18 pace

This was a pretty good run... until I fell over on the asphalt. First time in 3 years of running. It kind of feels like an achievement! :) Got some pretty gnarly scrapes on my elbows and right knee... read more

  12. RUN
    good 11.27 km 01:10 09:58 pace

A very, very soggy afternoon run, or rather swim. I was kind of hoping for a thunderstorm so the weather would break.

  13. RUN
    great 19.32 km 01:58 09:48 pace

Awesome morning run before breakfast. I was craving oats and coffee for the last half hour though. :)

  14. RUN
    great 11.27 km 01:08 09:44 pace

A rare Monday run! It was very muggy out, but this still felt pretty good. A solid, steady-paced run.

  15. RUN
    great 6.45 km 00:39 09:45 pace

A little leg-stretcher after the hayfever/asthma induced break. It felt great!

  16. RUN
    good 12.88 km 01:19 09:53 pace

A late start to this recovery week -- hay fever took me down! This was okay, considering my lungs weren't 100%. It felt good to get out, for sure.

  17. RUN
    great 25.77 km 02:34 09:37 pace

What a great way to end the running week. A super challenging, but very satisfying long run. The middle 16km were at marathon pace, with lots of hills. My legs are battered, but I feel awesome!

  18. RUN
    great 8.05 km 00:51 10:12 pace

Slow and easy weekend recovery run. Relaxing.

  19. RUN
    great 14.5 km 01:24 09:22 pace

Most excellent run in the rain! Last 8km was at half-marathon pace and it felt really good! Not too easy, but not too hard. Comfortably uncomfortable, I guess! :D

  20. RUN
    great 8.05 km 00:51 10:13 pace

Super easy recovery run on another wonderfully overcast and breezy day. I kept the effort level super low and yet I was still faster than I would be on a steady run in the sun! The evil daystar nee... read more
