    Awesome! Longest swim yet, and the same distance as the swim portion of an Olympic-distance triathlon. Yay! I'm still incredibly slow, but this felt just great.

      Not yet, but it's something I'd like to do soon, so no harm in getting in the pool and getting on the bike. Also, I'm hoping it helps my running!
