Sunday morning ride with a group of club cyclists - the equivalent of their easy paced long run. Tough going at times. Got dropped going up Mullaghanish but we regrouped at the top - just like the Rafeen hill long run, except for the getting dropped bit ;-) All good fun. I may just hang up the runners for another week.

Leg feels fine Keith but i'll give it a few more days. The Tour certainly helps with the motivation, although i'd never make into a breakaway.
