      Thanks Keith. Temperatures are low to mid-teens at the moment but the forecast for Sunday is 5 to 9C with light rain, but little to no wind. Not too bad for running, but i'd nearly prefer a bit of warm sunshine for the non-running part of my stay ;-)

      Love the abina bit, great stuff Grellan, if cycling seriously you need high end gear , I learned that myself, feet and toes especially.
