It's what I call a jog Thomas (easy pace plus 1 to 2 minutes) - halfway between walking and running. Just like the horses "trot" between "walk" and "canter". I know your jogs are a bit faster.
None on the schedule Cathal. I may be tempted to run the Ballyandereen 5 miler, but won't be inclined to go "eyeballs out"
