      Strong run today. I can never seem to get my HR up that high, although I can average in the low 170s for miles. Good job, moobs!

      Towards the end of the run I was locked in at 165. In the very last portion I worked HARD to push it up. For much of the second half I couldn't get it below 165...

      HA! For some reason when you said suited up...I started imagining you in a suit with running shoes on...with Amber besides you dressed in running gear.
