Monday is normally a rest day. But looking at my mileage this morning I realized I was at 98 miles for April so I had to get out and push it over 100 for a month this evening. It was a beautiful evening to get out. Super easy run. Upped the pace a bit for the last mile.

I am running "The Relay" this weekend. A team of 12 from my club is running 200 miles from Napa to Santa Cruz. I did this last year and had a blast. Looking forward to it again this weekend.
