    Nice easy pace. Ankle is sore and it was humid this morning. But the moon was full and it was nice out.

    Good swim. Outdoor pool was closed so the short pool was only open. Felt nice to stretch out on the swim. Free for most and a little of the pulls.

    Tough run after the bike. The ind the was going on the bike was still here on the run. Legs were gassed but I ran ok.

    Not good bike but solid and about ht I expected. Not getting any seat time. Legs felt taxed after 10.

    Really solid swim. Happy with this one. Then on to the bike.

    First 400 at race pace. So it was a good hard swim. Next 500 were pulls and 100 cool down. Short swim but solid.

  18. Ok, signed up for the Mountain Man half iron triathlon in August. Looks fun. Cool tall pines in Flagstaff, AZ. Has anyone done this race? If so, how was it?
