      Thanks! I've been trying to convince myself that I'm not injured, which is never a good idea. But mix it with a poorly supported race and a hot day. Kind of a perfect storm. Throw in a cranky 6month old, and it's fun times! Oh well, tomorrow will be better!

      What the heck is with the weather? I look out and it's sunny and drying, so I plan a run, and then a few minutes later, it's a downpour!

      I work in the State Climate Office (but I am not a climatologist), so we have this giant weather wall with all the latest radar activity for the SE. Makes it only slightly easier to plan my runs.
