Getting in some cross training while the PF heals up. Did 40 minuts on the elliptical and then 20 minutes on the stair stepper. Not as much fun as running, but I'll take whatever I can at this... read more

Well, at least you are still able to get some good biking in even if you can't run.

Oh no. Sorry to hear this. Seems like most people end up having to take a break from running to heal up PF. Hope it heals quickly.

  5. RUN
    good 6 mi 00:57 09:33 pace

Nothing like getting over a long run with some hill repeats. 6x400M hill repeats this morning. Can't complain as it was 55 this morning out on the road. Felt awesome!

  6. RUN
    good 20 mi 03:11 09:33 pace

Fun with Fred and Andy today. This was my first 20 miler in a couple of years. Felt pretty good. Capped off a 50 mile week!

  8. RUN
    blah 6 mi 01:01 10:07 pace

Still building MAF, not sure what is going on. Was making some good gains, but have gone backwards the last week or two. Thinking it could be my nutrition...which has not been so good.

  9. RUN

Good solid MAF run this morning.

  10. RUN
    tired 5.5 mi 00:58 10:32 pace

slow goings today. My wife got a migraine last night, so after she fed the newborn I took over the rest of the duties. Was a little tired for this mornings run, which was evident by the elevated HR.

Sometimes my HR gets all screwy when I run. The other day it said my HR was 210 within the first 5 mins of my run. Sometimes you've just gotta take off the electronics and go by feel. Nice TM run. Hope you are able to get back outside soon.
