    Got lost a few times and got very muddy!! Had a blast. Need to get back out and explore further trails were less than one km from home and were tough but fun. Hope to try again next weekend.

    Good run tonight! My son beat me quite easily, more confirmation I need to be running more. I am very proud though as he took almost 4 minutes off his time from last year.

    A couple of easy k followed by fartlek's and 2 k up tempo. Felt good to run quicker. It have a long way to go to get back to where I was!
