    It's still hot out! Jeeze. My legs and arms were tired since I spent the morning strength training and by my evening run they were pretty tired.

    Went to the gym and psyched myself up to have an EPIC workout evening. Forgot the gym closed at 7 and got there at 6:50. Nice. Just sprinted a mile on the treadmill and left. Pretty stupid move!
