    For the first cycle of the year it wasn't too bad. It didn't take that long to cycle but I kept stopping to take pictures! Stopped at the gym on the way home and did some weights!

      I've been doing this every week, twice a week for months! ;-) plus, it was 1hour powerhoop and 1 hour zumba! Much prefer gymnastics

    (not actually sure on the distance - lucky guess!) very good for second time going, swam each length without stopping but had to pause numerous times due to the pool being so busy!

    The workout of the day that hurt the most! My arms and legs were aching so much! Very enjoyable though! Not sure on the exact distance, just a rough estimate!

    My mum dropped me at Wyvale and I ran home, was a nice run as the blue sky started to come out. So glad the weather forecast was wrong!
