    Beautiful morning! We hiked it as the sun was rising. It was the perfect temperature and a wonderful hike followed by the run down Bar Trail

    First truly intentional run since the marathon in May. Nothing like starting over, but it was a BEAUTIFUL morning!

    Did some sprinting on the track nearby. Was a nice change, but too bad the track is just dirt, though better dirt than pavement.

    The elevation up there is 9000, so its a workout just with that. My hip flexors really started hurting around mile 9 and then walked most of the remainder of the track. All the inlets are deceiving... read more

    it was not 14, but it was a really nice 6. Sometimes I think those good runs help carry us through the bad ones. I really loved it out there today.

    hmm, not a bad time considering i probably walked a solid three miles. Lets see..12 miles at 2:30 X 2 = 24 miles at 5 hours, Plus 2 more miles... i am totally ready. (not).
