Hi Janine. I've been so lazy about posting since I did the marathon way back in January. Now I am getting ready for a trip to Alaska!! Heading out next week and have way to much to do to get ready for it. I haven't been reading any posts either. How have you been doing. Are you injury free and running now?

Alaska?! Woo hoo! Is it for work? Vacation? Either way, that's awesome! I hope you have a nice time.
Running has been a lot better for me. I'm not up to 18 miles! Last week I logged 18.9 miles. I've been increasing very gradually, so as not to set anything off again. I'm hoping that the injuries I had are now a thing of the past. We'll see. Thanks for checking in. :)

18+ miles! Janine that is fantastic. Gradual increase is great. Good for you for being smart about it. You must be training for something big??
Alaska is vacation. 2 weeks for exploring some wilderness while we still have it. I will jump in on some small race while I am there just so I can say I did a race in Alaska.........
