Just pounding out some miles today..I'll be skipping speed work and hill work this week in lieu of the hammy issue a couple days ago..we'll play again next week...But for now I'm just going to enjoy the HELL outta of this weather and just run what feels good..I will keep my scheduled long run this weekend too..on a side note, I as trying to figure out what a couple neighbors would greet me as "Hey Matt" whenever I ran past them..so today I actually stopped for a second and asked who was Matt??? They responded " well since we don't know your name..we named you Matt after Matthew Matthew McConaughey..ya know the actor with the nice body that runs shirtless?" Yup! that's me playing naked Bongo in my apt alright!!:/ whatever..ON TO THE NEXT ONE!

There was a really buff, shirtless guy at my 50 mile race over the weekend. I started referring to him as "Photoshopped guy" every time he passed us on a loop. At least you got an actual name instead of a description! :)
