Gorgeous day again! got to run in shorts today..pow!...objective this week is to stretch myself out for 15-17 mile runs at around 6:20-6:40 pace..and see if I can maintain...this is will be stepping stone 1..followed by 20-23 miles...and then 26+...we'll see...This run was fun..free and easy..legs felt good..as you'll see in the pic..i ran without socks with my fav running sneaks...just wanted to change things up a bit..pre run stretch of 30 min and prerequisite glass of v8...have a great running week guys!!..IT IS ON TO THE NEXT ONE!
