    Felt so, so good. This is what I mean when I say it's all mental though...this was 50 seconds faster/mi than it was last weekend. And I felt great pretty much the entire time...crazy.

    Hill repeats and sprinting intervals. Finished up with a half mile cool-down jog. Plus burpees, abs, and weights. Great workout.
